Nugent Santé has unveiled a new health cash plan, in partnership with Health Shield, for employers to ensure their people can cover the costs of everyday healthcare.
The plan is available for any organisation that employs more than two people and they are fast becoming one of the most requested employee benefit products. In addition to employees being able to recover the costs of dental, optical and physiotherapy expenses, the policy also allows policyholders access to a rewards and wellbeing package called My Wellness at no additional cost.
Sales Director, Rob Rigby explained, “Health cash plans are extremely popular and it’s one of the go-to products that our clients ask for when creating an employee benefits package. We looked at many that were on the market and felt that we could offer additional value by linking with the My Wellness service.
“It’s an excellent way of helping employers look after their people through a low-cost plan but has excellent levels of benefits.”
The plan has four levels of cover, with the option to add additional levels or modules of care. It also includes a My GP anytime service which means that members can gain quick and easy access to a doctor.
Rob Rigby added, “These easy to set up plans are really helpful in minimising healthcare costs and provide peace of mind for policy holders. Furthermore, under our plans, dependant children up to the age of 24 (in full-time education) are covered free of charge which is a significant benefit.”
